What’s Covered:
- Manufacturer faults, defects, or failures
- Original owners with a valid proof of purchase
What’s Not Covered:
- Misuse: Impacts, collisions, stunts, or any freestyle activities
- Natural Events: Water damage, floods, fires, storms, or other natural disasters
- Environmental Exposure: Rust, stains, or damage from external elements
- Foreign Debris: Damage caused by objects or materials entering the bike
- DIY or Unauthorised Repairs: Any work done outside of Cooly-approved services
- Freight or Transport: We recommend getting shipping insurance for extra peace of mind
- Wear & Tear Items: Tyres, tubes, brake pads, bearings, seats, and other consumables
- Neglected Maintenance: Ignoring regular servicing as outlined in your manual
- Modifications: Changes from the original setup or adding non-Cooly-approved parts.
- Unlocking The Speed On Your Bike: Increasing the speed beyond 25km/h
- Giveaway Items: Products won through contests or promotions
Making a Claim
Eligibility:
- You must be the original purchaser and provide a valid receipt
- Claims must be lodged within the warranty period from the date of purchase
What to Do:
- Contact our team to help diagnose the issue and complete a Service Request.
- If it’s a manufacturer fault, we’ll either ship out a replacement part, direct you to a dealer, or in some cases, arrange a return at our cost.
- All returned items must be securely packed, damage during transport won’t be covered.
Warranty Void Conditions
Using non-Cooly parts or making modifications voids your warranty and can lead to safety risks. This includes changes to the battery, motor, controller, transmission, suspension, or braking systems.
