🔄 Pre-Orders & Back Orders - Here's How It Works

Sometimes we've got something epic coming that's not quite ready yet! Whether it's a pre-order or backorder, here's the lowdown on how you can make changes if you need to.

📋 Pre-Orders & Back Orders - Getting Dibs on the Good Stuff

What's a pre-order/back order? You're securing something that's either out of stock or about to drop that we don't have in the warehouse yet. Pretty cool, right?

How payment works: We take the full payment upfront when you order, then ship your gear as soon as it arrives back in stock or becomes available. Easy as!

Changed your mind? You've got 3 days from when you order to cancel your pre-order or backorder, after that, we can't cancel it because we've already paid our suppliers for your item. Once it's shipped to you, you can't cancel but you can still return it using our normal returns policy if needed.
