• Before your first ride, check tyre pressure and do a quick once over

BOXED E-BIKE DELIVERY (OTHER AREAS)
For locations outside major Eastern Seaboard cities, your e-bike may arrive boxed for safe transport.

• Packaged to protect it in transit
• Basic assembly: Fit front wheel, Fit handlebars, Fit pedals

WHAT'S COVERED
Warranty covers manufacturing faults in key components, including:
• Frame
• Motor
• Battery
• Controller
• Display
• Charger and electrical components

WHAT'S NOT COVERED
Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (tyres, tubes, brake pads, grips, cosmetic marks)
• Damage from misuse, accidents, water damage, neglect or improper storage
• Unauthorised modifications or repairs
• Use outside intended conditions or failure to follow care instructions

HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
To lodge a warranty claim, contact our team with:
• Your order number
• A clear description of the issue
• Photos or video showing the problem
